
What Does a Session Look Like?
Sometimes you need real-time connection—another face looking back at you, giving you dedicated space to talk things through, ask questions, and feel seen. My one-on-one Zoom sessions offer just that. The spontaneous back-and-forth nature of these sessions help us get to the heart of challenges more efficiently—whether you're sorting through mixed emotions, troubleshooting a tricky sleep issue, or navigating a parenting decision. Each session typically includes an emotional health check-in, a physical health check-in for both you and your baby, and personalized teaching on at least one topic of your choice.
Life with a baby doesn’t always follow a schedule. That’s why I also offer Loop Coaching—an ongoing, flexible conversation using the Marco Polo video app. You record a message when it works for you, and I respond with thoughtful guidance and encouragement, often that same day. This format offers focused support on whatever feels most urgent or important in that moment, without having to wait for your next appointment. There’s no schedule to worry about, which can be great when your baby decides that 3 am is playtime.
